Questions, answered honestly
- Each plan has a flat monthly price with generous limits. There's no per-contact pricing and no surprise overage on contacts — if you outgrow a plan, you move up a plan, and we tell you before that happens.
- Never. Unsubscribed contacts don't count towards any limit, and we never email them again.
- No. Followsoon works on its own as a CRM with forms, pipeline and follow-up sequences. Seentics adds website behavior — pages viewed, sources, funnel steps and replays — to each contact's timeline. Using both is cheaper as a bundle.
- No. AI drafts follow-ups, summarises contacts and flags leads going cold, but it never sends anything on its own. Every email is reviewed and sent by a person.
- Yes, on every plan, at any time: all contacts as CSV, or your whole workspace — deals, activities, campaigns — as JSON. No lock-in.
- Export a CSV from your current tool and import it in Settings → Import & export. We match common column names, update existing contacts by email instead of duplicating them, and flag possible duplicates for you to merge.
- It's on the roadmap. Many of our early customers in Bangladesh and South Asia get leads through WhatsApp, Messenger and phone, so a shared inbox for those channels and a Bangla interface are planned for the next version.
- Free and Starter are for one person. Team includes up to five users with owner, admin and member roles. Agencies and larger teams can talk to us about more seats and multiple client workspaces.
- No. Most people import contacts, add a form and send their first follow-up in an afternoon. There are no onboarding fees on any plan.
